Managing Director

Whilst studying a Bachelor of Commerce alongside Charlotte, Emily’s journey began at The Management Group, where she first sparked her interest in events. Her next step to event management within the AFL industry broadened Emily’s understanding of commercial business functions, ultimately leading her to a role in Sponsorship Account Management and a passion for achieving exceptional results through brand partnerships. Today, Emily is dedicated to achieving commercial success for her clients through meaningful relationships and innovative strategies.   

Emily oversees all Commercial Operations at The Management Group including Sales, Marketing and Business Strategy.

Suzanne Mooney

Founder & Consultant

With over 30 years of experience in corporate event and travel management, Suzanne saw an opportunity early in her career to service clients in a way unlike others at the time, leading to the creation of The Management Group. By utilising both expertise within The Management Group and her network of incredible contractors and suppliers, Suzanne established the business as a full-service agency, offering end-to-end delivery for her clients.

Two decades later, this philosophy continues to hold true despite market changes, a testament to Suzanne’s dedication to client service and her ongoing drive to learn and innovate.  

Suzanne is now excited to take a well-deserved step back from the day-to-day operations whilst staying connected to The Management Group in a consultancy capacity.
