In 2017, Suzanne welcomed Emily Hill into the events industry, supporting her as she gained diverse skills and expanded her network which included connecting with Charlotte Murphy at University.

Now, in 2024, we're excited to announce the next chapter. Emily and Charlotte, whose combined expertise spans multiple industries, are stepping in as the new Directors. Together, they form the perfect partnership to drive The Management Group into its next phase.
